Services of Powder Coating
PROMETAL provides industrial powder coating services for metal parts, in any RAL code colour. The work cycle involves the following steps: loading parts, phospho-degreasing, washing, rinsing, drying, painting, powder baking, cooling, discharging parts, quality control. The performance installation ensures the uniform coating quality with respect to the thickness of the prescribed layer. The powder coating system ensures an appropriate direction of the pulverized powder spray, depending on the part to be painted, thereby reducing the paint loss and ensuring a high quality finish.
Technological cycle. All pieces to be painted are suspended on an air carrier passing through the following technological cycle:

Pre-treatment by spraying,

Drying in the oven,

Application of powder in the cabin,

Polymerization in the oven,

Cooling in line.
Admissible gauge for metal parts to be painted:

Width: 0.60m ~ 0.30m;

Length: 1.00m ~ 1.25m;

Height: 1.80m ~ 1.80m.

Maximum distributed weight: 80 Kg/m.
Examples of applications: painting various thin sheet subassemblies, lighting fixtures, metal panels for ceilings, fence panels and gates, metal profiles, garments and metal parts with dimensions within the permissible limits, etc.
