Product description:
Inspection hatches are an indispensable accessory for the dry finishing system (plaster-cardboard), which offers a greater liberty to manage spaces, by mixing functionality, aesthetical nature and maintenance facility.
Inspection hatches with aluminium casing, with plaster-cardboard pane, accessible even in the airtight mode, air-proofing or dust-proofing, can be perfectly incorporated into walls, by panes, and also in modern ceilings. The closing system and the restraint system, almost invisible when assembling, offer inspection hatches the right solution for any assembly requirement.
Technical characteristics:
The inspection hatch is made of aluminium profiles, with or without plaster-cardboard panel and two adjustable click closing systems. The two frames of the inspection hatch are made of four profiles tightly joined through a special mechanism. Inspection hatches are distributed with the safety system that is fastened after every use of the door in order to avoid possible incidents.
Sizes:
The sizes of the hatches have a tolerance of ±1 mm. At the customers' request, PROMETAL manufactures inspection hatches with atypical sizes (e.g. 600X800mm, 500X900mm etc).

Assembly instructions:

The assembly of the frame is made with 25mm self-drilling screws.

When assembling on the wall, the access device (door) must always face the ceiling, and the support spring must be eliminated.

Before painting, it is recommended to protect inside and outside the junctions between the access device (door) and the hatch frame with self-adhesive paper (or clean immediately).

In order not to compromise the alignment of the click closing devices, the doors of several hatches must not be inverted or charged between themselves even if they have the same size.

On request, there are restraint hooks that allow the bracing of the hatches before assembling the plaster-cardboard panes.

The dimensions indicated are obtained from the net space remaining between the ceiling profiles of 50/27 assembled at the inter-axle of 300/400/500/600 mm.
